The better we understand your business and your corporate culture, the better we can help you select candidates. That’s why dialogue with owners and directors, with the HR department and with the target department comes first.

Using all channels: the search for candidates

There are many ways to find your exceptional candidate: researching markets, making use of contacts, placing ads and searching the GET AHEAD database, which boasts more than 10,000 candidates whom we know personally. Importantly, our executive search is always carried out with discretion and confidentiality.

Selecting only the best heads: the testing phase

In personal interviews, in assessment centres, or by means of established methods in personnel diagnostics: we make careful choices in order to be able to present you with three to five candidates who are all a perfect fit.

Getting off to a successful start: the orientation phase

We don’t just disappear once the selection has been made. It is important to us that the candidate and the company get off to a good start. Where desired, our personnel consultant or a qualified coach will assist during the orientation phase.
