Helene Christoph holds a masters equivalent in business psychology. As a consultant and systemic coach, she draws on many years of experience in consulting on organisational development and in the evaluation and development of executive staff in various industries.
Since her time at university, Christoph has been interested in determining success factors among executives, which she has worked on in both theory and practice. Her mission is to identify cross-sectoral skills, personalities and requirements, to devise methods of measuring them, and to combine them in ways that will produce value-enhancing partnerships.
In addition to this, Helene Christoph is entrusted with the scientific quality assurance of our candidate selection and evaluation.
