Diana Scholz is responsible for Healthcare & Life Sciences and their strategic development. In addition, she is a member of the Friisberg Group’s global Practice Group “Life Sciences”. Building on her many years of experience in executive search, Diana Scholz supports organizations and companies, including startups, in the healthcare industry in filling positions at the upper and middle management levels.
In the face of the fundamental transformation process the entire healthcare sector is undergoing and the resulting challenges for healthcare providers, cost units and manufacturers, it takes leaders who drive and actively shape change. Diana Scholz therefore focuses candidate selection on personal compatibility with the respective context, individual potential and innovative strength. She considers diversity in leadership teams to be equally relevant, as it goes hand in hand with a greater variety of experiences, skills and perspectives, and consequently with more balanced decisions and better corporate results. Diana Scholz graduated from the University of Hamburg with a diploma in sociology with a focus on economics. She has more than ten years ‘experience in Executive Search and worked for several renowned international consulting firms before joining GET AHEAD.
