Dr. Susanna Hübner

Susanna Hübner has several years of professional experience as an Executive inFinancial Markets and as a Communications Manager working on internal and external interfaces in Europe. These are only two of the reasons that predestine her to find and match executives. Her experience combined with a handpicked network, enable Dr. Hübner to discreetly and reliably find the right executives when filling supervisory or advisory board mandates, executive or managing positions.

As GET AHEAD’s Leading Consultant, this PhD Economist looks after the personnel consultancy’s Berlin-based clients, and is establishing the capital as a new location for the Hamburg-based company. She focuses on filling executive positions in the areas of Financial Markets and Digital Technologies, as well as the specialist areas of Media and Communications.

The Berlin location is special. It stands out by working with the city’s vibrant start-up scene, and the large number of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), with particular focus on the new appointments that will be taking place there with the upcoming generation change.

With her experience and connections, Susanna Hübner is going to put GET AHEAD on the public and not-for-profit sector map, in order to offer a sustainable and more agile alternative to the established players. The changing requirements in the selection process make it necessary to establish new ways of recruiting, which set up candidate selection internationally, and above all, diversely.

Susanna Hübner is a Financial Markets expert and Media manager, who brings decades of experience to her areas of responsibility. After a total of six years in the Financial Markets industry – most recently at the executive level as Head of Communications for a European rating agency – she previously spent more than ten years establishing and expanding communications at the economic think tank, Stiftung Marktwirtschaft, and at the Kronberger Kreis Scientific Advisory Board, an interface between business, science and politics which she transitioned to digitization.
