Initially trained as a banker, he has significant experience in counseling costumers.
While completing his business studies degree, he acquainted himself with all facets of executive search, beginning with comprehensive market and competition analyses, moving on to identifying and head-hunting candidates, and then to compatibility diagnostics. In 2015 he joined GET AHEAD as a research consultant and has since progressed to the position of junior consultant. He has been enthusiastic about the field of personnel diagnostics for some time, even carrying out research on indicators of potential for career success for his BA thesis. To capitalise on this, he is now competing an MBA with a major in business psychology.
